A return slip and a shipping label are enclosed in your parcel. Please enclose the completed returns form with your parcel and affix the shipping label to the parcel to be returned. Simply hand in the parcel at your nearest post office. Shipping is free of charge for you. As soon as we have received your parcel, we will send you further information about the refund.
If you no longer have a return slip / shipping label, you can log into your customer account. There, you can use the "Return item" link to request a return slip / shipping label for your return, which will be sent to your specified e-mail address. To do this, you must click on the link "Return item" and select the items you wish to return by clicking on them with your mouse (tick the box). Then click on the link "Request return slip".
Return shipments from Switzerland: Please contact our customer service team directly via the contact form by mentioning the article/s you want to return. You will receive the return documents via separate e-mail. Please fill in the return form and put it into the parcel. The return label and both customs declarations has to be sticked on the parcel. Simply hand in the parcel at your nearest Swisspost branch. Shipping is free of charge for you. As soon as we have received your parcel, we will send you further information about the refund.
You also have the option of returning the items you ordered online to a LLOYD Concept Store of your choice within Germany free of charge (Click & Return)*. Please enclose the completed return slip with your parcel and affix the shipping label to the parcel to be returned. You will receive a receipt for the return of goods at the branch. Refunds will be credited to you using the original payment method used.
*The LLOYD Concept Store Hanover and the LLOYD Concept Store Freiburg are excluded from this service.
